CUPCAKES! If it's for a guy, I would go with some foodstuff of any sort. For my 1 month with my boyfriend (I know, who celebrates a 1 month anniversary??) I got a baby cake from Coldstone. It was pretty awesome. He received it very well ^^
So yes, cupcakes, slice of cake/cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory, cookies, or even chocolate! And a cheesy card would probably be cute :)

Just kidding... my boyfriend got me a bracelet after a couple weeks and I loved it because it was thoughtful. Even if it was from a craft sale, he said he thought of me when he saw it...AWWW!!!
For guys, I gave him baked goods. Make sure they actually taste good! haha my mistake.

yeah, i was thinking chocolate! i think that's what i'm getting my bf of three months. like some nice dark chocolate truffles (he loves those!). who doesn't love chocolate??

Making a meal or some kind of dessert (cookies, cupcakes, cake) is always a nice gift. Guys love food and it's even better when it's from the heart, homemade, with love :) (or "like" if you're not that serious yet!) paired with a nice card, it can be the perfect gift.

Hmmmmm.. I pretty much have to agree with everyone that said food, but for my new boyfriend's Christmas gift, I got him a picture frame with one of my favorite pics of us in it!
It's not too serious of a gift in my opinion and he loved it of course! It's on top of the tv in his room.
