  • I Argue With My Girlfriend Constantly

    Q. My girlfriend and I  fight all of the time and we've only been going out 2 months.  I'm truly happy with her... but I get so mad with her and just break up. We break up almost once a week. I hate her best friend and she hates me. Help me please.

    A. I'm sorry but this seems childish. If you are truly happy then you wouldn't be fighting "all of the time." If you are truly happy, you don't just break up every time you have a disagreement. Breaking up every week is not healthy, especially if you've only been dating two months. I think you two should take a break and work through your issues. Perhaps you should get to know each other better before deciding whether you should be together.

As far as the situation with the best friend: it's important to remember that you're not in a relationship with the best friend, but you should at least been cordial. Hate is a really strong word to use for someone your girlfriend likes very much. For all of your sakes, I'd suggest making amends with the best friend. If you continue to date this girl, you will probably be in many situations with this friend. Don't let your time together be miserable.

  • I Don't Trust Him. Am I Wrong?

    Q. So basically my boyfriend screwed up, I think. I was on his email for some dumb reason(myspace) and I just browsed through the trash and saw he was talking to this girl about having sexual dreams with her and whatever. I was going to end it that night, but the next day he said it was his brother. I guess his brother is saying he is getting revenge on us by doing this because we messed up his chance with this girl. I personally think I would just have my brother cover up for me? Am i right?

So I let that go, but then I was at his house and we were looking through his pics. I found a whole folder of pictures of naked girls. Okay...I understand it's a boy thing. It's this thing between him and his friend. But then in a different folder I found pics of his latest ex (eep in mind he is right next to me). I looked to see when they were added, only about a month ago. And all he could say is "I know it was wrong. Sorry." And he wont tell me why he did it, he just says "I don't know." So i'm here like wow thanks, I mean we had one picture together on there but the rest were other girls, either naked or his ex.

  • Did you just kiss me? ON THE LIPS?!

Q.I've recently started hanging out with a friend of mine that I've known since my freshman year of college. We didn't hang out much then because he was in a long term relationship and so was I. I still am, but I never disappeared out of my circle of friends, but we've been there for each other when times were rough. My boyfriend recently went to boot camp (we've decided to stay together- I'm still happily taken) so I can't talk to him for the next 3 months which leaves me more time to be there for my friends. This guy, lets call him Bingbong, and I have been hanging out more than ever. Nothing crazy, we did a lot of hanging out with mutual friends, eating ice cream and talking about how much i miss my boyfriend and how much he misses his ex. I thought of as us just being there for each other and catching up on lost times, UNTIL... *dun dun dunn* More Here...

  • Who Should I Take to the Concert?

    Q. A few months ago I bought two tickets to go see Paramore and You Me At Six for the beginning of December. My boyfriend and I were gonna go, then we split up for a few days a couple of weeks ago with no inclination that I would be getting back with him. I then needed to find someone to go and see Paramore with me, I wouldn't want to leave it at the last minute and not have anyone to go with therefore one of my good friend's said he would go with me. He loves Paramore and he had been having a not so good week so I pretty much put a great big smile on his face. Problem is I ended up getting back with my boyfriend and I can pretty much guess he's going to be expecting that he'll still be going with me to the gig. If you were in my situation would you remain loyal to you're friend and take him with you or would you tell you're friend the circumstance's and take your boyfriend instead?More Here...

  • Is Two Weeks Too Soon to Have Sex?

    Q. Recently, a girlfriend and I were talking about doing the deed with our boyfriends. She has been dating her boyfriend since they were 13 (we're all 18 now), and she thinks it is wrong of me to have already had sex with my boyfriend, whom I have been dating for about 2 weeks. She says we went too fast, too soon.

Now, keep in mind, we were "talking" for a good 2 months beforehand.

Do you think 2 weeks is too soon? How long do you wait?More Here...

  • Is He Verbally Abusing Me?

    Q. What is verbal abuse ? Is it calling your SO names? here is the definition I got :"Verbal abuse is a pattern of behavior that can seriously interfere with one's positive emotional development and, over time, can lead to significant detriment to one's self-esteem, emotional well-being, and physical state. It has been further described as an ongoing emotional environment organized by the abuser for the purposes of control." I think I'm being verbally abused by my boyfriend. He calls my retarded and say I'm a dumbass but that's sometimes how we joke around. But now I guess I'm getting on his nerves cause today he told me only to text him if  I need something and that he doesn't need a text every 10 minutes. Sometimes I don't know what to do . Any advice ? More Here...

  • I Saw Her Boyfriend With Another Girl

    Q. My friends and I went out a few days ago and we saw our friend's (who wasn't out with us) boyfriend hanging out/flirting with a girl. I went over to talk to him for a little bit to see if this girl would go away, but she didn't. At the end of the night, they left together.

I feel really uncomfortable about what I witnessed and don't know if I should tell my friend what was going on. He's cheated on her before, and she always takes his side. I don't want to lose my good friend over this. Should I tell her? More Here...

  • She Broke Up With Me

    Q. I'm going to make this really simple: My girlfriend broke up with me about a month ago and now basically refuses to talk to me. I'm desperate to get her back, but don't know how. I've tried to let her know how I feel through various methods (text messages, notes, calls),but nothing. What can I do to show her that I still love her and want her to come back to me?

    A. I think you've made your feelings obvious. Now the ball is in her court, so to speak. But considering that she broke up with you and is trying to cut of contact, I'd suggest you give her some space. She broke up with you for a reason, hopefully you know what it is. It's not likely that chasing after her this way will bring her back to you, it's probably just going to push her further away. Heartbreak is an awful feeling, but it passes. If you back off now, you'll get through it with some pride. Desperate ploys will only stir pity for you.

  • Cybersex With a Stranger

    Q. I'm 15 years old and what you could call a "famous blogger."  I have a fairly high amount of readers, so this gives me the opportunity to meet many different people online.  Most of the people are great, and I really enjoy blogging.  There are a few people who I have met via blogging that I have a stronger relationship with, as opposed to my relationships with normal subscribers.More Here...

  • Never Been Kissed

    Q. I am a sixteen year old guy that has never been kissed, never been in a relationship, don't really talk to girls. I want to change this, but I don't know where to start. I'm very shy and find it hard to approach girls. But I don't want to graduate high school completely inexperienced.

There's no one in particular I like right now, but I'd like to know how to approach girls in general. I've never been able to work up the confidence to do this. How can I work on this? More Here...
